Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Allen-Bradley 1606-XL 1606-XL240E parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Proface products, including obsoleted and phased-out Prime-Computer parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Precor product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Proface such as the GPH0SC1124V spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 2262902ART3416PCB3417001P750C manufactured by Prime-Computer and we are pleased to be able to service most Prime-Computer systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 33661106REVE by Manufacturer Precor as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Nidec Brand P110FH in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Prestolite such as MBD4311 equipment made by Prestolite have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Prestolite products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Prestolite" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available PDA12B made by Precision-Devices as well as the popular EPG1318A original spares produced by Power

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the GP377SC4124V by Proface and MBD4311 spares by Prestolite are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original Daedal430232 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Compumotor.
